Founded in 2009 on Smith Street in Chinatown, the original “Hunan Restaurant” quickly gained popularity for its authentic Hunan flavors. This success led to the creation of “Xiang Kitchen” and eventually, the unified brand XIANG XIANG HUNAN CUISINE in 2023.

By 2026, XIANG XIANG HUNAN CUISINE expanded to 22 outlets across Singapore, each upholding our commitment to high-quality casual dining. Our restaurants are welcoming spaces for families, offering a menu that blends bold Hunan flavors with dishes catering to diverse spice preferences.

Our menu features standout dishes like Hunan Stir-fry Pork, Golden Broth Sour and Spicy Fish, and 18-Second Angus Beef Stir-fry. We source premium ingredients globally, including Iberico Pork, Screw pepper, and Wu Chang rice, ensuring exceptional taste and value in every bite.

We pride ourselves on introducing authentic Hunan cuisine to Singapore, setting the standard for quality and service. Our reputation for excellence is built on 17 years of delivering genuine, flavorful dishes in a family-friendly environment.

Our focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction sets us apart. From streamlined ordering to minimized wait times, we ensure a seamless dining experience. Complimentary snacks and ice cream, along with a robust return and exchange policy, further enhance our value proposition.
